Problem Recognition

Are you…

Maybe you’re here because:

If you recognise yourself in any of this, pause for a moment.

Many people assume this means they’re “not good at learning” or that something is wrong with their memory. That belief alone can quietly erode confidence. In reality, this is rarely an intelligence issue. It’s usually a strategy and process problem, and those can be addressed.

How We’ll Work Together

In coaching, we tailor proven learning techniques to your material and your real-life constraints.

Five pillars we typically work on:

  1. Confidence & clear thinking: Replacing the “my memory is bad” narrative with trust and clarity.
  2. Study system: Knowing what to do first, second, and third, without overwhelm.
  3. Memory tools: Markers, memory palaces, and number systems, consistently applied to your own content.
  4. Understanding & recall: Active recall, explanation, and smart note-making.
  5. Focus & consistency: Simple routines and light accountability you can actually maintain.

If you choose to work with me, you can expect practical, personalised support. And if I find that we aren’t an ideal fit, I’ll tell you.

How to Work With Me

Most people start with a short conversation – a calm, structured space to talk through your learning goal, what’s getting in the way, and what kind of support would actually help. During this call, there’s no pressure to commit.

If we’re a good fit, from there, we may decide that 1:1 Superlearner coaching is a good next step. This is personalised, practical support where we build your learning system together and apply it directly to your material, so you’re not left trying to translate theory into practice on your own.

For those who prefer a shared structure and community, I also offer an adult cohort course twice a year, with guided sessions and live support. This option is available by waitlist.

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Andrea Szabó. I’m an MD and hold a PhD in Neuroscience, and I’ve worked as both a researcher and a university lecturer.

I don’t just teach learning systems; I’ve had to rely on them myself and know from experience that they work. I’ve gone through demanding academic and professional paths where retaining complex information, performing under pressure, and moving forward every day mattered. I know what it’s like to keep pushing, studying, and achieving without burning out.

Most people don’t struggle with learning because they’re “not smart enough.” They struggle because no one taught them how to build a clear, repeatable learning system that works in the real world.

That’s what I help people develop: practical, science-backed methods you can trust when it counts.

FAQs

Is this only for people preparing for exams?

No. Exams are one common reason people come, but the methods apply to any complex learning goal – degrees, certifications, career changes, language learning, or mastering new professional skills.

That’s very common. Most techniques fail because they’re taught in isolation. What’s usually missing is a clear system, guidance on when to use which method, and support applying them consistently.

Stress and mental blocks are often part of the problem, not a separate issue. We work with learning strategies that reduce pressure and build confidence, so recall becomes more reliable under real conditions.

No. This isn’t about being naturally good at studying. It’s about learning how to learn – something most adults were never taught.

Speed and memory tools may be part of the process, but the focus is understanding, retention, and confidence, not shortcuts.

If you want a calm, working learning system without struggling to figure it out on your own, let’s talk.
