I’m Andrea Szabó – an MD and a PhD in Neuroscience, and a learning coach for adults and university students.

I help people learn faster, remember more, and perform with confidence by building clear, repeatable learning systems that work in real life, not just in theory.

Learning has taken me through demanding academic and professional environments. I worked as a researcher, taught pharmacology at the university level, and completed my PhD while managing complex workloads and high expectations.

During those years, I saw the same pattern again and again – both in myself and in others.

People weren’t struggling because they lacked intelligence or motivation. They were struggling because they didn’t have a system in place. Too much energy was spent on stress, uncertainty, and restarting, rather than on understanding and retention.

I had to learn how to build learning systems that actually held up under pressure. Systems that made it possible to continue learning, performing, and progressing without burning out or losing confidence.

That experience shaped the way I work today.

In my coaching, we take proven learning techniques, memory tools, active recall, reading strategies, and understanding frameworks, and apply them directly to your material and your real-life constraints. We don’t collect tricks. We build a system you can rely on.

Part of my background comes from the international Superlearner community, and I’m a co-author of The Superhuman Playbook. But credentials are not the point. What matters is whether a method works for you, fits your schedule, and holds up under real conditions.
